Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we will gladly issue a full refund, exchange, 

Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery. All returns and exchanges must go through our approval process to be accepted.  Items received after 15 days will not be accepted for return or exchange.  *Note: Customers outside of the United States & located on military bases are responsible for their own return costs, but will be reimbursed in Avyanna store credit. *

Bundle Sets
The bundle can only be returned as a set. No individual item of a bundle can be returned for refund, store credit and/or size exchange.

All returns must be:

  • Unworn
  • Have no signs of wear or damage
  • In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
  • In all original packaging (box and pouch included)

Please return your order to us in the original packaging it came in (or smaller), no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as these increase shipping rates. Avyanna will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable. Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, Avyanna has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customers.

Note: Items purchased through a third-party vendor (outside of AvyannaJewelry.com) must be returned through the company that it was purchased from.

Please note your original shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount. Orders outside the US may have duties and taxes incurred. You are responsible for paying these fees and we’re unable to waive or refund them, even if the order is returned to us.

Gift cards, and merchandise marked as Final Sale, and permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Please allow up to 15 business days from when we receive your return for your return to be processed. Business days are Monday-Friday except for federal holidays. Return processing begins after your package is delivered to us. Promotions

Any product purchased during a "Gift with Purchase" or "Buy One, Get One Free" promotion may be returned. Please include the gifted product with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail value of the gift. Gifted products cannot be returned or exchanged.

All promotions are available while supplies last. Promotion code may be required upon checkout. Promotions may not be combined or applied to previous purchases, gift card purchases, sales tax, or shipping charges. Offers may only be valid for a specified date and timeframe.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Gift cards, and permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Avyanna provides FREE RETURN SHIPPING on qualified orders for international customers. Any unworn merchandise must be sent back to Avyanna within 15 days of receipt of product. Please allow up to 30 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive a refund in the same currency and same exchange rate as your original order. Shipping and handling paid on your original order are not refundable.

Ineligible for Certain Promotions and Policies

International orders are not eligible to receive certain promotions or policies, including but not limited to:

  • Free shipping
  • Free returns
  • Promotions for products not eligible for international purchase & shipment
  • Promotions or gifts with purchase
  • Merchandise exchanges

Some products might not be eligible for shipment to international destinations,

GIFT CARDS

Avyanna E-Gift Cards (collectively, “Gift Cards”) can be redeemed online ion and expire five (3) years from purchase. Gift Cards cannot be returned or redeemed for cash value, reloaded with additional value, resold or transferred for value, except where required by law. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card(s). No sales tax will be charged on the purchase of a Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be purchased or redeemed outside of the United States. Promotions and other special offers do not apply to the purchase of a Gift Card. Avyanna will not replace lost or stolen gift cards without satisfactory proof of purchase.

If the amount of your online Gift Card(s) does not cover the total order amount, you must pay the remainder of the purchase with a valid credit card. If the amount of your online gift card(s) is for more than the total order amount, the remaining balance will be credited to your Avyanna online account for your next purchase using the same gift card code.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
